The Cup runs on the people who show up early.

• Contact local Nepali & Indian businesses for sponsorship
• Reach out to NAFA, NRNA, and other community organizations
• Collect community donations
• Track pledges vs. the $10,000 target
• Deliver on sponsor benefits (banner, app logo, Facebook post)

• Manage registration for the 6 teams and collect the $700 fee each
• Confirm rosters
• Be the single point of contact for team captains
• Send schedule/logistics updates to all teams

• Track all income and expenses against budget
• Handle referee payments
• Keep a running ledger for post-event reporting

• Order and coordinate delivery of breakfast & lunch
• Set up water for everyone and Gatorade for players
• Run the on-site sales table (snacks, drinks, raffle tickets)

• Build and lock the match schedule
• Recruit referees; arrange payment
• Buy balls, flags, cones, and other field equipment
• Run the field day-of, keep matches on schedule

• Cover live scores, match stats, announcements, and tech support on the web app
• Post sponsor logos to the app
• Photos, if anyone can cover it informally

• MC/announcer, sound system/PA, and music for the day
• Welcome speech at the open
• Trophy presentation, group photo, and closing ceremony
• Coordinate awards
